Catherine T. Bright
Catherine T. Bright earned her paralegal certificate from Arapahoe Community College in 2010, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University at Commerce with a Bachelor of Science degree. Ms. Bright provides a variety of services to public entities and special districts, including district administration and governmental statutory filings. She assists attorneys with legal research, special district organization and elections, inclusions and exclusions and constitutional compliance issues. In addition, Ms. Bright has experience in several other practice areas, including construction law, employment law, mechanics liens, personal injury and family law.

Michele M. Barrasso (“Mitch”)
Michele M. Barrasso (“Mitch”) is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Adult Fitness/Exercise Science and a Minor in Nutrition. She has over twelve years of experience working with special districts. Ms. Barrasso assists with meeting preparation and statutory compliance for special district clients, and participates in trial preparation with the litigation team. Ms. Barrasso has experience as the “designated election official” for several of the firm’s district client director and TABOR elections, and participates in trial preparation with the litigation team.
