Colin B. Mielke

Mr. Mielke practices law in the areas of special districts, land use, and municipal law.  He works closely with local communities and developers in the creation and management of special districts and improvement districts throughout Colorado.  In his role as general counsel, he assists clients with numerous issues faced by local governments, including contracts, public financing, capital construction projects, elections, governmental compliance, and litigation.

Mr. Mielke is a graduate of Colorado State University, and earned his juris doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law.  He is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota.
