Kim J. Seter earned his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University in 1984 and graduated magna cum laude from Western State College of Colorado with Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Economics in 1980.
Mr. Seter has more than 30 years of experience in tax, commercial, construction, securities and municipal litigation before administrative agencies and all federal, state and local courts.
In recent years, Mr. Seter’s practice has concentrated on the general representation of, and litigation for, municipal entities and special districts, as well as representation of a select group of real estate developers and home builders. Mr. Seter now serves as general counsel to local government entities, private-parochial schools and churches, libraries and other tax-exempt organizations.
