Kim J. Seter has more than 40 years of experience in tax, commercial, construction, securities and municipal litigation before administrative agencies and all federal, state and local courts.
For the past 30 years, Mr. Seter has concentrated on the general representation of, and litigation for, municipal entities and special districts, as well as representation of a select group of real estate developers and home builders. Mr. Seter now serves as general counsel to local government entities, private-parochial schools and churches, libraries and other tax-exempt organizations.
