Conor A. Kruger earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2019 and graduated from Brown University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Previously, Mr. Kruger practiced law as a General Attorney with the Consumer Protection Directorate of the U.S. Department of Education. During his tenure with the U.S. Department of Education, he investigated predatory post-secondary institutions and applied Borrower Defense to Repayment regulations. Mr. Kruger practices law in the area of special districts, land use, and municipal law. Mr. Kruger also provides general counsel representation, including litigation assistance, for libraries and special districts.
