Catherine T. Bright

Catherine T. Bright earned her paralegal certificate from Arapahoe Community College in 2010, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University at Commerce with a Bachelor of Science degree. Ms. Bright provides a variety of services to public entities and special districts, including district administration and governmental statutory filings. She assists attorneys with legal research, special district organization and elections, inclusions and exclusions and constitutional compliance issues. In addition, Ms. Bright has experience in several other practice areas, including construction law, employment law, mechanics liens, personal injury and family law.

Michele M. Barrasso (“Mitch”)

Michele M. Barrasso (“Mitch”) is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Adult Fitness/Exercise Science and a Minor in Nutrition. She has over eleven years of experience working with special districts. Ms. Barrasso assists with meeting preparation and statutory compliance for special district clients, and participates in trial preparation with the litigation team.

Cheryll M. Warnimont

Cheryll M. Warnimont earned her paralegal certificate from the Denver Paralegal Institute in 1997 and is a graduate of Drake University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1975. She has broad experience with special districts and other governmental entities, and as a paralegal assists with all facets of administrative functions, statutory compliance and elections. Currently Ms. Warnimont provides administrative support to the firm’s attorneys, paralegals and firm administrator.
